Throughout the academic year there are numerous social activities to become involved in. Some occasions are arranged for specific years such as the end of year Balls for the Lower school and Middle school, and the Rhetoric Leavers' Ball.
The whole school gets together at the school disco at least twice per term. The boarding community also participate in regular social events. They have enjoyed a German evening and a Chinese New Year party, watched the Boarding staff pantomime and celebrated St George's Day. On Sunday evenings, the boarders enjoy a formal dinner that alternates between traditional English roasts and a supper menu featuring cuisine from a particular country.
